Transformation Challenge & Accompanying Workshop To Kick-Off 2020
It's 2020 - are you looking for a personal fitness trainer in Ann Arbor?
A couple of months back after we finished one of our transformation challenges, we had a few clients lose weight during the challenge, but unfortunately, it was mostly lean mass ("lean mass" = muscle tissue, organs, bones, ligaments, etc.).
When I mentioned that not enough protein intake likely was the culprit behind the loss of lean mass, one of the clients responded with "I had no idea".
I felt terrible for them and took responsibility for the situation.
On the positive side, what has resulted is that we now will have a new Transformation Challenge that focuses on tracking your food & an accompanying workshop before the challenge begins that will teach you how to properly track your food in order to ensure you best chances of success.
We will cover the Transformation Challenge & what it all entails.
The bulk will cover how to track your food & how to game plan for an appropriate plan that is specific to your needs & goals.
We will cover:
How to calculate your approximate caloric intake based on your goals.
How to convert your calories and grams of fat, carbs, and protein into real food and not lose your mind tracking it all.
Alternative methods of tracking that aren't as detailed, that can be just as effective, and 100% less stressful than tracking every detail.
For those of you who are Transformation Challenge veterans, this will be an excellent tool that you can add to your toolbelt and that can be paired with what was learned in previous challenges ("Eat Real Food").
For those of you who are new to the Challenge, or simply just want to learn how you can better take care of yourself, this is an awesome opportunity for you to learn a new strategy on how you can get better results for yourself and not have to rely on inaccurate apps that recommend you only get 20% of your calories from protein.
The workshop goes down on Saturday, 1/25 @ 1:15PM.
The challenge will begin on Monday, 1/27 & run through Sunday, March 8th.
